The monopoly, let's settle this immediately
CBD is not a manufactured tobacco product. It is not subject to the retail sales monopoly, nor to your management contract with the administration. It is free trade: you sell it like confectionery, newspapers, or smoking accessories.
What you are responsible for, however, is the product's compliance as a reseller: THC strictly below 0.3% on the finished product, available analyses, lot traceability. This is what a supplier is judged on, and this is why we provide the certificate of analysis for the exact lot you receive, not a generic document for the variety.
Your constraint is the counter
A tobacco shop is not a CBD store. High traffic, short visits, impulse purchases, and counter space measured in centimeters. A supplier who offers you forty references is not doing you a favor: they are creating dead stock that you will liquidate in six months.
Our approach for a tobacco shop: five to eight references, chosen to sell well. It's better to restock every three weeks than to tie up cash in a wide range.
Specifically, what works at the counter: pre-rolls, the format closest to your sales reflexes and most easily understood by a passing customer; two or three flower bags in small grammages, one mild variety and one more distinctive (Kosher Kush and Amnesia US cover this spectrum well); a resin, with 3x filtered being the most popular; and one or two oils, which have a significantly higher average basket but slower turnover.
We do not sell CBD puffs or e-liquids. This is not our catalog, and we prefer to tell you that rather than direct you to a product we do not master.

Bulk starts at 100 g per reference, in four tiers up to a kilo. For a tobacco shop testing the waters, 100 g of two varieties is a reasonable commitment.

Two reflexes you already have
Age verification. CBD sales are restricted to adults. This is automatic in your profession, whereas a general retailer has to learn it. It's a real asset: embrace it with your clientele.
The driving question. You will have customers who will drive after leaving. A saliva test can detect residual THC several hours after consumption, even with a perfectly compliant product. A phrase at the counter is enough, and it saves you from an angry customer two weeks later.
A third, more delicate point: some of your clientele will seek CBD to reduce or replace tobacco. This is a difficult conversation to have from a tobacco shop. We will never ask you to carry it, and no claims of this type appear on our products.
Network-specific questions
Does my management contract prevent me from this?
No. Your contract concerns manufactured tobacco products. CBD is not one of them, and its sale is free, subject to product compliance and restriction to adults.
What if a product doesn't sell?
We'll change it. We prefer to adjust a selection over three months rather than see you tie up cash. That's also why we start small: an error on two references can be corrected, an error on fifteen is endured.
Do you sell derivatives like HHC?
No. Only cannabinoids naturally present in hemp. Several semi-synthetic molecules have been classified as narcotics by the ANSM. For an outlet under agreement with the administration, the exposure is clearly not worth the margin.
Do you provide POS material?
No imposed brand display. We provide product sheets, percentages, and analyses. The arrangement remains yours: on a tobacco counter, you know what fits.
