The essential: Once shipped, you will receive an email with your Colissimo tracking number. You can also find your order history in your customer account.
1. Quick tracking
To track your current order, two options:
- You have a tracking number → enter it directly on the official La Poste — Shipment tracking website.
- You have a customer account → log in to your account to find the details and status of each of your orders: My account.
2. The shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order is handed over to Colissimo, an automatic email is sent to the address provided during the order. This email contains:
- your order summary,
- the Colissimo tracking number (13 characters, starting with the letters
LZ,CC,CD…), - the direct link to La Poste tracking.
Can't find it? Check your Promotions or Spam folder. You can also contact us at [email protected] stating your name and order number, and we will resend you the information.
3. Understanding tracking statuses
| Colissimo Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Order taken into account | The label has been issued, the parcel is awaiting collection by Colissimo. |
| Taken over by La Poste | The parcel has been handed over to La Poste and is entering the distribution network. |
| In transit | The parcel is moving between sorting centers. |
| Out for delivery | Your parcel is with the postman, delivery expected today. |
| Delivery attempt notice | The postman attempted delivery in your absence: a notice has been left. Collection at the post office within 15 working days. |
| Delivered | Your parcel has been delivered. If you have not received it, contact us immediately. |
4. Typical delivery times
- Preparation: 24 working hours at Cloud Store CBD.
- Colissimo Transit: 1 to 3 working days in mainland France (observed).
- Average total: 2 to 4 working days from basket to mailbox.
If you have not heard anything after 5 working days, please contact us: we will open a carrier investigation.
5. My parcel has a problem
5.1 I was not home
If a delivery attempt notice was left, you have 15 working days to collect the parcel at the indicated Post Office. Remember to bring a valid ID. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us — we will then offer you a new shipment (shipping costs at your expense) or a refund.
5.2 My parcel is delayed
If there is no change in status after 5 working days, please write to us at [email protected] stating your order number. We will open a claim with Colissimo.
5.3 My parcel is marked "delivered" but I haven't received it
First, check with your concierge, neighbors, or relay point. If the parcel remains untraceable, contact us within 10 working days after the delivery date announced by Colissimo. We will open a carrier investigation; if loss is confirmed, we will proceed with a new shipment or a refund.
5.4 My parcel is damaged
Make precise and detailed reservations with the delivery person or at the Post Office, and confirm them by email to [email protected] within 3 working days with photographs of the parcel and products.
