3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated in the cart based on weight and the chosen shipping method. The details are displayed transparently before order confirmation.
4. Package tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your Colissimo tracking number. You can enter it directly on the official La Poste website — Track your shipments or consult your customer account.

5. Discreet packaging
All our orders are shipped in neutral, opaque packaging, with no external mention of the product's nature, to respect your privacy. The sender indicated is a neutral trade name.
6. Upon receipt
Check the condition of the package in front of the delivery person or before electronic signature. In case of damage, missing items, or damaged packaging, make precise and detailed reservations with the carrier, and confirm them by email to [email protected] within 3 business days, attaching photographs if possible.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
7.1 Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28, 4° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. This exclusion applies in particular to:
- hemp flowers and resins whose sealed pouch or jar has been opened,
- oils, e-liquids, infusions, and food supplements whose sealed packaging has been opened,
- any product whose tamper-evident seal has been broken.
Sealed and unopened products can be returned under the conditions below.
7.2 Return procedure
- Notify your decision by email to [email protected] within the 14-day period, indicating your order number and the item(s) concerned.
- We will confirm the return address and the procedure to follow.
- Return the products sealed, in their original and intact packaging, at your expense (tracked return method recommended).
- Keep proof of shipment until receipt confirmation.
7.3 Refund
In the event of a validly exercised right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount paid, including outward delivery costs (at the standard rate), no later than 14 days from the receipt of the returned package, using the same payment method as used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Legal guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years, articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (2 years, articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
