CBD Wholesaler for Hotels – CBD Supplier for Hospitality and Spas

Your clientele is international. That's what makes CBD interesting in a hotel shop, and it's also the only real risk, the one no supplier will tell you about.

Dropper bottle of Cloud Store CBD CBD oil
Average basket €35 to €47

Sealed formats ready to sell.

The point suppliers overlook

CBD is legal in France with less than 0.3% THC. It is not everywhere. Several countries prohibit any product containing even the slightest trace of THC, while others apply much stricter thresholds.

In other words: a customer who buys from you and puts the product in their suitcase may encounter difficulties upon arrival, particularly in certain countries in the Gulf, East Asia, or Eastern Europe. The product was perfectly compliant in France. The problem arises at the next border.

This is not a reason to give up, it's a reason to display a clear notice at the point of sale, in the language of your main clientele, inviting them to check the regulations of the destination country. This protects your customer, and it protects you. We provide the exact rates and composition you need to write it correctly.

Second instruction for your teams: a saliva test can detect residual THC several hours after consumption. A customer who hits the road the next day must know this. Details are in can you drive after consuming CBD.

Three channels, three risk levels

The hotel shop is the simplest and most profitable option. Finished, sealed, labeled product that the customer takes with them. Our hemp cosmetics retail for between €34.90 and €46.90: CBD 10% Radiance Facial Serum, Essential Cream 2300 mg, Soothing Balm 13950 mg, Night Facial Oil 15%. In a hotel point of sale, this average basket performs significantly better than an €8 item.

The spa uses the same cosmetics, applied in the treatment room and then sold to the customer who enjoyed the treatment. This is the most stable channel: classic cosmetics, subject to usual European regulations.

The minibar requires more thought. Product accessible without human interaction, therefore without age verification or advice. If you go this route, favor sealed formats with complete labeling and a "for adults only" notice clearly legible without a magnifying glass.

Raw flowers and resins are not relevant in hospitality: unsuitable format, ambiguous use in rooms. We will not offer them to you, even if they represent the bulk of our catalog.

Questions specific to the hotel industry

Can I put it in the minibar or on the courtesy tray?

Nothing prohibits it for compliant products, but keep in mind the lack of age control and advice in these two configurations. A product offered remains a product for which you are the distributor.

Can I present it as a relaxing product?

No, and we are strict about this. Describe the product (derived from hemp, its composition, its content), never the effect. Any promise of relaxation or sleep falls under health claims, which are prohibited. This is the only defensible position in case of an inspection, and that's also why none of our labels carry such claims.

What range for an establishment like mine?

A seaside hotel and an urban business hotel don't sell the same things. Tell us where you are and who your guests are: we offer a short selection, not a catalog. This is more useful for you and means less dormant stock for everyone.
