CBD Wholesaler for Tea Rooms – Supplier of CBD Infusions and Hemp Flowers

Before discussing products: selling a bag of hemp and serving a CBD infusion do not fall under the same legal framework. Most suppliers keep things vague. Not us.

The distinction that changes everything

Selling a packaged product (bag of flowers for infusion, herbal tea, oil) that the customer takes away: clear ground. You sell a finished, labeled, analyzed product. This is what we supply to you.

Preparing and serving a CBD drink to be consumed on-site: much more uncertain ground. At the European level, cannabinoid extracts intended for food fall under the Novel Food regulation, whose authorization applications are still under review.

And this is not theoretical: DGAL controls range from formal warnings to stock removal, up to temporary establishment closure. We have detailed the full scale in our article on food CBD and the May 15, 2026 deadline.

Our position: we supply compliant and traceable products for resale. If you are considering a menu of prepared drinks, check with your professional organization or your departmental DDPP. We will not tell you it's simple, because it isn't.

Hemp infusions: what works, what doesn't

The technical point your team needs to know above all else: CBD is liposoluble, not hydrosoluble. An infusion with water alone extracts very little. A dash of milk, cream or coconut oil completely changes the result. This detail separates a credible menu from a gadget product that the customer won't reorder, and it's rarely written on the bags you buy.

Regarding varieties, six indoor flowers are available in bulk: Amnesia US, Kosher Kush, Sour Diesel (GP3), Snow OG, M.A.C, and Bubble Gum. We will not sell you aromatic accords on a webpage: a profile is judged by nose and cup, in your kitchen, with your own blends. This is exactly what samples are for.

One reference is worth noting for an end-of-day menu: Mousseux CBN, which combines CBD, CBG, and CBN. Without any claims on our part: simply because it's what customers are asking for, and you will be questioned about it. The guide CBD, CBG, CBN gives you what you need to answer.

Our wholesale prices

Bulk starts at 100 g per reference, in four tiers up to a kilo.

From €2.07/g per kilo. The same flower is €8.85/g in our retail store. Full price list (100, 250, 500, and 1,000 g) after validation of your SIRET number.

For a tea room that's testing, 100 g of two varieties is more than enough to see if the product finds its place alongside your teas.

Profession-specific questions

Can I serve CBD infusions on-site?

We will not make that decision for you. Resale of packaged products is clear; preparing drinks for on-site consumption touches on Novel Food regulations, still under review for cannabinoids. Check with your professional organization or the DDPP before launching a menu.

Will hemp infusion get my customers high?

No. Less than 0.3% THC on the finished product, the French legal limit. One point to convey, however: a saliva test can detect residual THC several hours later. A customer who drives should know this: see can you legally drive after consuming CBD.

How to present it on my menu without fault?

By describing the product, never the effect. "Hemp infusion, floral notes" is acceptable. Any mention of relaxation, sleep, or stress constitutes a health claim, which is prohibited. The same rule applies to us: none of our products make such claims.
