How many days until you receive your package in Royan?

- Order before 12 p.m. Confirmed before 12 p.m. on a business day, it is shipped the same day. Confirmed later, on a weekend or public holiday, it ships within 24 business hours.
- Support The carrier is the one you chose at checkout: Colissimo or Mondial Relay. You will receive your tracking number when the package has been shipped.
- About 110 km of road The carrier starts counting from the time they pick up the package, not from when you place your order. If it’s after 12 noon, the order will therefore start the next business day.

Find a pickup point near Royan
Each carrier updates its own list, so this page does not copy any pickup point addresses.
- Open the carrier tool On the Mondial Relay map or the La Poste one, type Royan or 17200. For holiday accommodation, enter the postal code instead.
- Choose it at checkout The delivery step displays the available options for the entered address: pickup point, locker, or home delivery.

Getting deliveries during a stay in Royan
In Royan, more than 4 out of 10 homes are second homes or occasional residences. A parcel can therefore be sent to a holiday home as well as to a year-round residence.
- 42.6% Share of second homes and occasional residences among housing in Royan (Insee, 2023)
- 9,347 second homes and occasional residences in Royan, for 11,916 primary residences (Insee, 2023)

In this count, the Insee also includes furnished holiday rentals. For home delivery, someone needs to be there to receive the package, which is not always the case in holiday accommodation. A pick-up point keeps it until you arrive, during its opening hours.
An order placed before 12 noon on a working day leaves Angoulême the same day. Then allow 2 working days with Colissimo, or an average of 3 to 5 working days with Mondial Relay. For a weekend or a week away, remember to order before you leave. When the carrier's map shows no pick-up points near your accommodation, home delivery is still possible, provided someone is there.
