Who are we ?
Cloud Store CBD is a French sole proprietorship run by a group of three friends. Our business: the online sale of legal hemp-based products (CBD compliant with current regulations), as well as merchandise and accessories. We are based in Angoulême (16), and sales are conducted exclusively online.
Are your products legal in France?
Yes. The hemp-based products we offer comply with French regulations in force at the time they were published online, including:
  • THC content less than 0.3%
  • Use of authorized hemp varieties
The sale is strictly reserved for adults (18+).
Does CBD make you "high"?
No. CBD (cannabidiol) does not have the same psychoactive effects as THC. The products we offer are not intended to produce a "high." They are not medications and should not replace medical advice or treatment.
Do you have to be of legal age to order?
Yes. By accessing the site and placing an order, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse an order if there is serious doubt about the buyer's age.
Can I cancel my order?
Before preparation/shipping:
If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and refund you.

After shipment:
Cancellation is no longer possible, but you can, where applicable, exercise your right of withdrawal or consult our Returns Policy.

Can I return a product?
Yes, in some cases. As a consumer, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions (in particular for products that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons).

In concrete terms:
  • Unopened, unused products in their original condition: returns possible according to our Returns Policy.
  • Opened/unsealed products (flowers, resins, food or oral products, opened oils, etc.): in principle neither returned nor exchanged, except in the case of an error on our part.

Problem with my delivery, what should I do?
If you notice: a badly damaged package, missing items, a damaged product, or a package marked "delivered" but which you have not received:

Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) at: contact@cloud-store-cbd.com

Specifically:
  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • If possible, photos (package, product, label)
We will open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the case, a replacement, a credit note or a refund may be offered.
